Steel Grip Hazard Risk Category 4 Arc Gear.  Multi-layer NOMEX® IIIA and KEVLAR® construction.

40 cal/cm² Garment System
Based on the arc rating, the 40cal/cm² protective system is one of the lightest weight suits available in today's market.
WARNING: NFPA 70E compliance requires wearing of whole system (3 pieces) as ONE UNIT.
WARNING: Once a garment has been exposed to an arc flash, it must be removed from service.

 

 

 

Hood Specs:

  • Multi-layer NOMEX® IIIA and KEVLAR® construction

  • Replaceable tinted lens with anti-fog coating

  • Lens is extended 3" from face to accommodate any need for respiratory protection and helps minimize lens fog

  • Meets ANSI Z87.1

  • Dielectric hard cap included

  • Available options:hood with cooling system and/or detachable head lamp
Coat Specs:

  • Multi-layer NOMEX® IIIA and KEVLAR® construction

  • Military collar

  • Zipper Front closure; storm flap with VELCRO® closure

  • NOMEX® wristlets

  • SIZE: Small thru 6XLarge

  • Available in 35", 50" or 55" length

  • Available with D-ring opening in back for fall arrest lanyard
Pant Specs:

  • Multi-layer NOMEX® IIIA and KEVLAR® construction

  • No pockets

  • Belt loops and suspender buttons
    (ORDER 4-way suspenders SEPARATELY)

  • Zipper fly with button at waist

  • Zipper leg openings with expandable gore
